Collection consists of pamphlets written by the Citizens' Committee of One Thousand including "Definition of Collective Bargaining", 16 June 1919; "An Address on the subject of the Winnipeg Strike" 31 May 1919; and "The Activities and Organization of The Citizens' Committee of One Thousand in connection with The Winnipeg Strike, May-June 1919" [1919]. Also included is a write-up about the pamphlets.

The Citizens' Committee of One Thousand was organized by prominent business leaders, bankers and politicians in Winnipeg in opposition to the Winnipeg General Strike in May 1919.
