Item consists of a film created to demonstrate the difficulties of filming movies in cold climates. The film documents the making of the Hudson's Bay Company's 250th anniversary film called Romance of the Far Fur Country and captures the conditions in which the film was made. Included in most of the footage is the cameraman filming Romance of the Far Fur Country. The film has many of the same scenes that appeared in Romance of the Far Fur Country; however the film ends abruptly and appears to be incomplete. |
